Phase 01 · Complete
A connected route into university life abroad.
The approved strategic foundation: a precise problem, a defined customer, and a promise built around clarity, confidence, and support.
UniRo is a comprehensive transition platform that helps young students move abroad for university with confidence by coordinating personalized guidance, essential services, and access to transparent financing through one connected journey.
Two viewpoints revealed one transition.
UniRo emerged from the founder's combined perspective as a current HCT student and an Emirates intern. The student perspective reveals the uncertainty of preparing to study abroad; exposure to the travel industry provides a wider view of international mobility, service coordination, and the partnerships required to support a student's move.
The opportunity is larger than university search or travel booking alone. It is the connected period in which an 18–20-year-old student and their family make academic, financial, travel, and settlement decisions, often for the first time.
Fragmentation at a defining moment.
Young students preparing to study abroad must coordinate academic applications, finances, travel, accommodation, documentation, and settlement services across disconnected providers. They lack one trusted platform that guides the complete transition.

Working-name boundary
UniRo remains the approved name for this independent mock venture. Commercial use would require formal name, domain, and trademark clearance in the intended markets; the showcase does not present the name as legally cleared.
