Phase 06 · Closed for mock-project purposes

The model says no—and the evidence stays intact.

Version 2 removes unsupported core revenue, preserves negative contribution and records no operating break-even. The resulting capital path is illustrative, conditional and explicitly unsuitable for debt.

Approved Version 2

A disciplined negative conclusion.

The Phase 6 decision does not use speculative demand or partner economics to make the concept appear viable.

UniRo's current concept is not commercially validated, investment-ready, launch-ready or suitable for debt. Version 2 shows zero supportable core revenue, negative contribution, no operating break-even and an illustrative conditional capital requirement of approximately AED 8.5 million to AED 8.7 million. This negative result is approved and preserved as evidence of disciplined entrepreneurial judgment.

How to read the model

More activity does not create viability without supportable revenue.

The scenario names describe volume assumptions, not commercial success.

Zero revenue is deliberate

No core fee, commission or partner payment is treated as supportable before customer, partner and legal evidence exists.

Contribution remains negative

Each completed plan adds delivery cost while generating no validated core revenue. The “upside” volume case can therefore produce a larger total operating loss.

Capital is conditional

AED 8,485,420 to AED 8,731,528 illustrates a no-debt capital requirement under the model—not investor interest, funding availability or authority to raise.

Twenty-five dependencies

Every real-world assumption has somewhere to go next.

The final register groups unresolved dependencies so later validation can replace assumptions without rewriting the historical mock-project conclusion.

Potential next chapter

Evidence first. Activation last.

These are future validation gates, not an active phase, approved launch plan or request to spend, contact partners or publish.

01

Validate customers

Obtain the controlled survey and direct student-payer evidence without overstating exploratory results.

02

Validate responsibilities

Test partner roles, required data, service ownership, fulfilment and permissible terms.

03

Clear the perimeter

Obtain legal, regulatory, privacy and security decisions for the intended model and jurisdiction.

04

Rebuild economics

Insert only validated revenue, measured costs and defensible acquisition and retention evidence.

05

Decide activation

Consider capital and launch only after the earlier gates pass and Sultan gives separate authority.

Phase 6 boundary

Phase 6 closure approves the evidence package, not the venture. The model does not establish demand, permissible revenue, partner terms, investor interest, capital availability, commercial viability or authority to borrow, raise, spend, deploy or launch.
